Ms. An Juan, aged 45, obtained a bachelor’s degree in educational psychology at Xinzhou Normal University in the People’s Republic of China in July 2002. With over 20 years of management experience, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of various management processes. Ms. An has been the administrative officer of Gujiao Hengbaitai Coal Trading Co., Ltd.* (古交市恆佰泰煤炭貿易有限公司), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, since November 2021 and was an independent non-executive Director from 5 August 2020 to 10 August 2020.
