Ms. Chu Ka Ying joined our company on 10 July 2020. Ms. Chu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Corporate Governance. She has solid experience in the company secretarial field gained from both listed companies and professional firms in Hong Kong. She is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).
